Global
Imaging Systems a Xerox company has acquired Precision Copier Service
which conducts business as Sierra Office Solutions, in Reno, Nev.
The acquisition is
the third by Global this year and furthers the company's strategy of
support for small and mid-size business customers across the country
with an expanding network of office technology providers.
Sierra Office Solutions will continue to serve its customers as a
stand-alone satellite of Inland Business Systems, a Global core company

office printing products. Sierra Office Solutions also has offices in
Las Vegas and Carson City, Nev.

Office Solutions has a reputation as a trusted partner in the markets
they serve," said Michael Shea, president and CEO of Global Imaging. "It
is the kind of company and management team that the industry has come to
expect from us, and is the perfect company to help us establish a
presence in the state of Nevada."
Company co-owner and president, Michael Jauron, will continue to lead
Sierra Office Solutions as president, reporting to James Koppert,
president of Inland Business Systems. "We are excited about joining the
Xerox-Global team and working with Inland Business Systems," said Jauron.
"This acquisition takes Sierra Office Solutions to its next logical
phase of growth, positioning the company to better serve our customers'
growing office needs."
"Sierra Office Solutions' philosophy around the customer and the
benefits of strategic office technology mirror our own and make this
company a natural fit," said Koppert. "With this partnership, our
customers will benefit from more technology offerings supported by the
reliable service they've come to expect." |
