Alorica is Parent of PRC
August 4, 2010
The
strategic agreement supports planned growth strategies for both
companies and helps position the companies for future expansion as a
leading global solutions provider.
With this strategic initiative, Alorica now counts across its entire
enterprise nearly 20,000 employees in 34 locations. It will operate
under the leadership of Alorica's Chairman and CEO, Andy Lee. Alorica
now has one of the largest U.S. workforce teams of any customer contact
provider, a global footprint that extends to India, the Philippines and
Central America, and will be the largest Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
provider in the BPO industry.
"PRC has a long history of providing high quality experiences and
unprecedented client support through their incredibly committed and
passionate employee team. This combination and approach mirror the
culture and philosophy at Alorica," says Chairman and CEO, Andy Lee. The
client base of both Alorica and PRC going forward will be able to
leverage the combined resources of the two companies while being able to
maintain the same operational and account team leaders that are
dedicated to each customer today.
"Andy Lee and the Alorica team bring a tremendously successful track
record and a culture similarity with PRC that gives me great confidence
that our combined forces will be even more successful together than they
have been independently," says Steve Richards, CEO of PRC. "We look
forward to the development opportunities this has for the employee team
as one."
Strategic Benefits of the Transaction -- the advantages yielded by the
