The partnership aims to promote cloud adoption in the commercial, retail, government, finance, insurance and manufacturing industries. In particular, the companies will provide technical support for cloud adoption in China and help deliver Business Service Innovation by enabling new levels of speed, innovation, performance and cost/risk efficiencies. This will allow local firms to realize the full benefit of cloud computing and accelerate time to market with agile business services that deliver innovation, business value and competitive advantage.

In order to promote cloud adoption, CA Technologies and ECS will work together to build a cloud test and development environment. Using leading cloud, virtualization and automation solutions such as the CA AppLogic turnkey cloud computing platform, the companies will create a program involving internal learning and customer visits to allow more customers to experience the business agility achieved by CA Technologies solutions.
